We stayed for a 2 nights package ( 1 night in the Ice Hotel & 1 night at the hotel) and the hotel & amenities exceeded our expectations. We found the restaurants a little pricey for the same food ( burgers, fries etc) but the hotel was fantastic. Nice large rooms, comfortable beds, great water park...like a Great Wold Lodge, but better. We traveled as a family and it was fantastic.

Went to play in the arcade and for the evening water slide session. Arcade was fun but 2 of the game were on but not functional, the trigger on the flight simulator was broken and the player 2 gun for the zombie game didn't work. Other then that fun times. The water park was amazing but an announcement or better signage would be nice in the areas of where to purchase tickets and also that the food stand closes really early

Beautiful resort with many activities. Facilities well maintained and clean. Food is pricey as expected, and rather low quality. Plan to take the time to see all the resort has to offer.

We have visited the ice hotel 3 times previous and I have to say that it has gone way down hill. It use to be a fun family place to visit with things like mini ice mazes for the kids and maple syrup poorer over snow. It has evolved in to a cash grab venue, scrubbed of its festive fun. They have this method of charging visitors based on height. My 8 year old son was charged an adult rate because he was a centimeter too tall. He was wearing winter boots. This is really a shame. Sad to see it turn into this. I would not advise this venue to families.

I'm rating the tent camping experience. The spots are a bit small and close together, but nonetheless very nice and quiet. The bathrooms and showers are clean, nice central area to hang out and play games or use the WiFi. Kids were very happy with the playground.
